Outcome: Raise disciples, lead others, and multiply the Kingdom (Multiplier).
We hold a deliberate balance between structure and simplicity, ensuring every believer is not just cared for, but commissioned.
We intentionally slow down at necessary points. Depth is never sacrificed for speed. What is not deeply formed cannot be consistently reproduced.
Discipleship happens in Triads (groups of 3) where individual strengths complement each other. Ministry was never meant to be carried alone, but through partnership.
